Force Home Services strives to please our customer and the way we look at it, we have two types of customers: external and internal. Our external customers are the ones we provide home services too.   • Ability to climb into attics and lift sufficient weight amounts
  • Leadership and organization to be able to run a 2 to 4 person crew
  • Completes work cleanly, quietly, and efficiently
  • Ability to self-manage time and tasks
  • Knowledgeable in the 2012 International Residential Code and International Energy Conservation Code
  • Current registration with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation
  • Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Universal Section 608 type universal certificate
  • Proper process of removing and installing HVAC equipment
  • Proper process of diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
  • Problem solving & troubleshooting skills
  • Proper detection skills for safety hazards and potential future break downs
  • Leadership and organization to be able to run a 2 to 4 person crew (if necessary)
  • Completes work cleanly, quietly, and efficiently
  • Ability to self-manage time and tasks
  • Knowledgeable in the 2012 International Residential Code and International Energy Conservation Code
  • Current registration with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulationn with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation
  • Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Universal Section 608 type universal certificate
  • NATE Certified or desire to become NATE Certified
  • General Residential and Commercial Plumbing
  • Replacing & Repairing Water Heaters & disposals
  • Replacing & Repairing Fixtures (faucet, toilets, tubs, etc)
  • Bath plumbing remodeling
  • Sewer, Gas and Water Service Replacement & Use of Sewer line equipment
  • Drain Cleaning
  • Troubleshooting
  • Water and gas Leak Location and Repair (Under Slab, Sewer, Water, Pool & Sprinklers)
  • Water Extractions
  • Current Texas plumbing license (Tradesman or higher) good references a must
  • Experience in service industry, or related work
  • Exceptional phone skills (ability to handle unlimited multi-line system)
  • Exceptional Organization and multi-tasking skills
  • General office skills (filing, postage, mailings, etc.)
  • Advanced Communication skills: listening, patience, clarity, and precision
  • Self-managing abilities to stay on task and notice your surroundings to address things before they become a problem
  • Minimum of High School Diploma Required (Higher Education Preferred)
  • Familiarity with different software systems for accounting, dispatching, CRM, POS, and general office Applications (Word, Excel, Publisher, etc.)
