Meet The Force Home Services Family

Ron Strelke

What a blessing to be a part of the Force Home Services family. 20 years ago, I left a corporate position to take on this new business so I could travel less and spend more time with my young family. Not only has this business afforded me the opportunity to spend a lot more time with Tina my wife, and my three kids, Erin, Nick and Kim but now I have a whole new family of coworkers that are a joy to know and work with. In addition, I have made some wonderful relationships with clients and vendors. It is exciting and a joy to come to work every day.

We work hard so we can enjoy our leisure time. For me that is anything outdoors. Hiking, fishing, hunting or just sitting there soaking up God’s glory. If you find me indoors on the couch and the Cowboys are not playing, call a doctor. I must be sick.

Office Manager

I am a Texas girl – born and raised and currently the Office Director and Lead Dispatcher. I consider my roles here special because it allows me to help our customers daily, as well as, be a leader to my fellow co-workers and help them I best as I can.

I absolutely love the culture and family environment here at Force Home Services. Everyone is always willing to help, and we genuinely enjoy each other’s company. We are all constantly learning and growing together.

The value that drives me is Integrity! Doing what is right when no one is looking. Also, it’s not always about us – there is always something we can do to help make this world a better place. Kindness is contagious!

When I’m out of the office, I love spending time with my husband and our kids! And I really enjoy hanging out with our friends and having a cup of coffee or a margarita! I also enjoy traveling, watching movies, reading and cooking.

Administrative Manager

I grew up in North Texas and have lived here all my life. I graduated from TWU with my Bachelor’s in Business Administration and worked as a Hostess at Cotton Patch while getting my education.

Working at Force Home Services allows me to be myself. The atmosphere is fun and laid back. We are always laughing and joking, but when it is time to get the work done, we are on point and ready to help in any way we can.

I believe that everyone should be themselves and have a good work ethic. I believe that attitude in the workplace can be reflected in customers’ homes.

Outside of work, I like spending time with my family whether it be hanging out at home or going out and doing something fun and exciting. I also enjoy reading, binge watching shows on Netflix, and I recently started to quilt in my free time.

I’m one of the first individuals that customers interact with at Force Home Services.  It’s important that I listen carefully to their needs, ask questions so that we can help them solve their problems as fast as we can.

I grew up in the state of Washington and worked in retail my entire life.  After getting married in 2018 we relocated to Texas.  Loyalty and honesty are a part of my core values so joining the team at Force Home Services was a natural fit.

The FHS culture encourages, not only me, but the entire staff to be ourselves.  It’s truly a team that is respectful, likes to have fun and strives to provide customers with the best customer service every day.

When I’m not at work, there are days you will find me hiking and exploring.  There are other days you’ll find me watching Netflix or playing my guitar and piano.

Inventory Manager

I was born right and raised right here in Denton, TX. I’ve had a varied career. Most recently, I was a clerk at the Winstar Casino in Oklahoma.

I like working for Home Force Services where everybody knows one another and being off on the weekends.

The value that drives me is Do unto others as you would have done unto you.

When I’m not working, I enjoy a good book, weekend road trips and going to the movies.

VP of Operations

I have been in the HVAC industry for 15 years and have been an installer all the way up to a service manager.

When problems happen in your home, it is my job to find the solution to problem and diagnose why it happened, how to prevent it from happening again and check for other potential problems that can be addressed while I’m in your home.

I like the comradery with all the guys and girls in the building. It feels like my extended family when I go to work. I can be myself and feel comfortable. Since working here, I have grown to be the man I want to be and mentored others to be the best they can be. It truly is a family atmosphere.

Being raised in Ohio as a Catholic serving mass, I was taught at a very young age that you treat people with the respect that you desire. Treat others the way you want to be treated. People tend to perceive plumbers and HVAC techs as being dishonest and I am trying to change that by building honest and moral individuals.

When I’m not in work mode, I like to be outdoors doing anything! I enjoy building things out of wood and metal. I also enjoy doing enhancements to our house. And..I love to eat homemade beef noodles.

Director of Procurement

I grew up on a farm in rural NW Louisiana with horses and cattle, growing cotton and wheat and I’m proud to say my dad was my biggest influence.

Prior to joining Force Home Services, I spent 25 years in the oil and gas industry.   I’m the guy who over sees the inventory and acquires the right equipment and supplies to make sure our guys in the field have the right materials and equipment they need to start fresh every day.

I like the people and atmosphere at Force Home Services.  It’s a great environment for learning a new trade.   High on my list are compassion, commitment, and dedication which are also high on the list with my co-workers.

When I’m not working, I love the outdoors.  I like to travel and enjoy playing golf & tennis, hunting, fishing and hiking

System Design Specialist

I interact customers to help them make a more informed decision when it comes to their Home Comfort Heating and Cooling Needs. Having started my HVAC career as a helper, then an installer, then a service technician, I have been thoroughly trained and am knowledgeable about all the solutions that are available. My goal for the customer is to provide them with long term solutions.

Force Home Services is a great place to work. I’ve been fortunate to work with great mentors that help guide me on a day to day basis, make a great living and spend time with my family.

Trust is a big issue for me. The longer I am in the field, the more I’ve come to realize there are many people looking to just make a quick sale. Force Home Services is not that company and I’m not that guy!

When I’m not working, I enjoy camping with my family. I learned to bow hunt with my father in 4th grade, so there is definitely a deer stand in my family tree.

Master Plumber

I grew up in Mesquite and as a teen worked side by side with my dad.  Following in the footsteps of my greatest teacher, my father,  I now have close to 30 years of experience.  Force Home Services and they family focused business is a natural fit for me.  Truly caring about the customers, being focused on providing first class customer service and honesty are all high on my list of values.  My customers all know they can count on me.

When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my family and focusing on the needs of my autistic son.  I enjoy listening to the word of god, cooking out and bowling.  My favorite food, Mexican of course.

HVAC Installation Professional

Force Home Services and its team are dedicated to providing you with the absolute best service in the industry.  It’s not just the service we provide, it’s how we provide the service.  All our techs are obligated professional, ethically and morally to a higher standard.  Our team members go through background and drug screenings for the safety and comfort of our customers.  We welcome the opportunity to earn your business, you won’t be disappointed.

HVAC Technician

I began my career as an electrician’s apprentice. After two years, I transitioned to a lead installer for Force Home Services and then to my current position as a service technician.

One of the things that’s important to me is helping my customers know what is going on with their system so they have a better understanding of the need for repairs and maintenance.  Keeping them informed along the way is key and they’re satisfied knowing that “we’ve got their back”.

Little known fact about be is I am a multi -instrumentalist having studied music since the age of 9 and have taught piano lessons to children and adults for over 6 years.

HVAC Technician

I came from a small town in the Mojave Desert called Palmdale.  I have always been motivated to help others and provide my best.  Both my mother and father had a huge influence on my life and treated us to treat others with respect no matter what.

I graduated from Atelope Valley College and have been gainfully employed in the industry for 4+ years.

Being an HVAC tech I want to break the barrier of customers expectations and provide them with the best solutions for their situation.  It means being involved and truly caring about their needs.

When you personal values and the company values align it makes for a great working environment.  That’s what I found at Force Home Services.  The entire staff here is very supportive and encourages everyone to continue to grow in their respective field.

When I’m not at work, I love to spend time with family, take adventure trips to the beach.  I enjoy visiting my family in California.   I’m pretty simple.  Just spending a good time playing sports or eating with friends and family makes me a happy guy.

Plumbing Professional

I grew up in the small town of Kaufman, Texas and moved to the Denton area in 2014 after joining the Marine Corps Reserve.  Joined the Team at Force Home Services in 2016 and have both commercial new construction, and residential experience.

I like that my customers are comfortable with my ability to analyze their problems.  It’s important to me that they have a total understanding of the situation, all the options they have, and the process involved to resolve their plumbing problems.

I spend one weekend each month with Marine Corps Reserve.  When I’m not working, grab a cue and take your best shot. You’re likely to find me playing billiards, 8 ball to be exact.  Looking at a variety of different ways to approach a shot helps keep my mind focused and has a calming effect, especially after a hard day at work.  Every pool shot and every plumbing job is different so it’s important to take the time to look, not at just the first option, but at all the options available.

Plumbing Professional

When I’m at a customer’s home, I understand that they have a major inconvenience and I want to restore comfort to them as quickly as possible. I like to fully explain what the problem is as well as fully explain the solutions so the customer can understand and not feel lost.

Working at Force Home Services has allowed me to grow as a person as well as a plumber. I have been able to expand my knowledge and skill set to better help customers.

Honesty is top on my list when dealing with my customers. I never try to get them to pay for something I don’t believe would benefit them.

When I’m not at work, I am an avid sports fan as well as a sports player. I love to go bowling and to travel. I absolutely love theme parks! I want to visit every theme park in the world at least once.

Plumbing Professional

I understand having a plumber in your home is never a pleasant thing to do. But, we are here to understand the issue and perform the necessary repair to get you back to everyday/normal life. Your safety and comfort are important to us because it’s important to you.

The family focused culture at Force Home Services is fantastic. It gives you the assurance and ability to grow in your trade and as a person.

What’s important to me is having moral and ethical values along with integrity.

When I’m not at work, I’m a lawn guy. I enjoy working on my lawn and dominating my fellow neighbors in the spring and summer.

Plumbing Professional

I grew up in Ponder, Texas and after serving our country, I decided to follow in my father’s footsteps.  One of the many things that attracted me to Force Home Services was the team attitude and “family” atmosphere.  It’s a company that encourages you and provides you with the tools you need to achieve your lifetime goals.  It’s truly a service business that really has the customers’ best interest at heart.

Everybody does it…relaxes when they’re not working and that pretty much sums it up for me.  What I do to relax, watch a little TV, and always seem to be repairing something on my motorcycle.

HVAC Installation Professional

As a Certified HVAC Installer, I can reassure the customer that the job will be completed to their satisfaction.

Working at Force Home Services allows me to continue my education, and work with some of the best mentors in the Industry.

My family inspires me. I want to perform and complete jobs to the best of my knowledge and abilities so I can provide for my family.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing and tending to my animals.

HVAC Installation Professional

As an EPA Certified HVAC Installer, I understand the need for heat in the winter in just as important as the need for A/C in Texas summers. I have lived in Texas my whole life and know how the weather can sometimes control us but I am here to not let it.

I also hold a pest license and plumbing apprentice license – also, an assortment of odd jobs from working on pools, pawn broker and working in the kitchen at my father’s restaurant.

Working here has started a career that I’ve been looking for to support myself and my family. The people at Force Home Services are like family now, if one of us is down we all are. The culture is always changing and there is never a dull moment.

Honesty, hard work and dedication to the customer to get the issue resolved are what’s important to me.

When I’m not working, I always love spending time with my two daughters and beautiful wife. Other than that, I’m a simple man but a kid at heart. I very much enjoy playing video games, listening to my father’s old records and from time to time dabble in the popular role -playing game (Dungeons & Dragons) with my close group of friends.

HVAC Installation Professional

Worked at a small HVAC company in New Jersey prior to moving to Texas.  Joining the team at Force Home Service has been great.  Force Home Services is an AWESOME group of people sharing the same values, which has enabled me to grow my professional career in multiple ways.

Listening to my customer gives me a greater insight into their situation and a better understanding about their expectations.   Keeping them informed about the installation process is an important part of  providing them with great service which is one of the values that are important to me.

When I’m not with my “work family” spending time with my kids and wife are at the top of my list.  I Like to cook and riding bikes is also high on the activity list.

HVAC Installation Professional

Lived in East Texas and was automotive tech for about 18 years. With little room for advancement, I made a decision to make a career change and the HVAC industry was a “natural fit” for a hands-on type of guy.   Force Home Services allowed me the opportunity to make that career change.  I enjoy learning new processes and my team of co-workers are great.

Making sure our customers feel comfortable while we are in their home and we are performing up to their expectations is top on my list.

With 4 kids and a single dad it’s very easy to say, my kids are my inspiration.  When I’m not in the Force Home Services truck I like riding motorcycles, when the weather permits, and spending time with my kids.  Nothing wrong with a “little” pizza party which happens to be my favorite food.  I like old cars and my dream would be to work on them as a hobby.

HVAC Field Manager

Some say it’s an odd combination, I grew up in Miami, Florida and love Italian Food.

With over 25 years of experience I know how important it is to be able to diagnose the homeowner’s problems and provide them with an honest solution to their problem.  I’m there to help them and provide them with the best customer service experience they’ve ever had.

I love working at Force Home Services.  It’s a “family-like” company.  Everyone helps each other.  It’s constant hands on learning.  They let me put my experience to work.

I enjoy being with my family especially, my granddaughter.   You’ll find me hanging out at soccer games and riding an ATV.  I am always looking at ways of learning new things and like hearing about new ideas

May, 1968- December, 2019

Guardian Angel and Honorable CSR

Lisa was typically the first point of contact for our customers. Her warmth and compassion for our customers went far beyond a simple phone call. Our customers got her undivided attention and knew that the most important thing to her (and FHS) was solving their problem quickly and efficiently.

Lisa was an extremely compassionate lady with a passion of serving others and it showed. She understood that it was stressful enough to have a plumbing or HVAC problem and having a stranger in your home to repair it just added more stress. Lisa made sure that the customer knew who we are and who we are sending to their home, so they felt more comfortable.

Lisa was an important member of the Force Home Services family and helped grow our company to what we are today.  She touched our lives and those of our customers everyday and she is always with us in spirit.

RIP November, 2020

Honorable HVAC Installation Manager

We are deeply saddened by the sudden death of our friend and colleague.

Zach was a wonderful young man, a great teammate, a leader and an inspiration to us all. Zach proudly served our country in the Army National Guard. We at FHS are blessed to have known Zach and our lives were enriched by his presence. Zach leaves a hole in each of our hearts.
