Meet The Force Home Services Family

Office Staff

Ron Strelke
President

What a blessing to be a part of the Force Home Services family. 20 years ago, I left a corporate position to take on this new business so I could travel less and spend more time with my young family. Not only has this business afforded me the opportunity to spend a lot more time with Tina my wife, and my three kids, Erin, Nick and Kim but now I have a whole new family of coworkers that are a joy to know and work with. In addition, I have made some wonderful relationships with clients and vendors. It is exciting and a joy to come to work every day.

We work hard so we can enjoy our leisure time. For me that is anything outdoors. Hiking, fishing, hunting or just sitting there soaking up God’s glory. If you find me indoors on the couch and the Cowboys are not playing, call a doctor. I must be sick.

Mandy

I am a Texas girl – born and raised and currently the Office Director and Lead Dispatcher. I consider my roles here special because it allows me to help our customers daily, as well as, be a leader to my fellow co-workers and help them I best as I can.

The value that drives me is Integrity! Doing what is right when no one is looking. Also, it’s not always about us – there is always something we can do to help make this world a better place. Kindness is contagious!

When I’m out of the office, I love spending time with my husband and our kids! And I really enjoy hanging out with our friends and having a cup of coffee or a margarita! I also enjoy traveling, watching movies, reading and cooking.

I believe that everyone should be themselves and have a good work ethic. I believe that attitude in the workplace can be reflected in customers’ homes.

Outside of work, I like spending time with my family whether it be hanging out at home or going out and doing something fun and exciting. I also enjoy reading, binge watching shows on Netflix, and I recently started to quilt in my free time.

Drew
VP of Operations

I have been in the HVAC industry for 15 years and have been an installer all the way up to a service manager.

When problems happen in your home, it is my job to find the solution to problem and diagnose why it happened, how to prevent it from happening again and check for other potential problems that can be addressed while I’m in your home.

I like the comradery with all the guys and girls in the building. It feels like my extended family when I go to work. I can be myself and feel comfortable. Since working here, I have grow justify-content-centern to be the man I want to be and mentored others to be the best they can be. It truly is a family atmosphere.

Being raised in Ohio as a Catholic serving mass, I was taught at a very young age that you treat people with the respect that you desire. Treat others the way you want to be treated. People tend to perceive plumbers and HVAC techs as being dishonest and I am trying to change that by building honest and moral individuals.

When I’m not in work mode, I like to be outdoors doing anything! I enjoy building things out of wood and metal. I also enjoy doing enhancements to our house. And..I love to eat homemade beef noodles.

Grey
Director of Procurement

I grew up on a farm in rural NW Louisiana with horses and cattle, grow justify-content-centering cotton and wheat and I’m proud to say my dad was my biggest influence.

Prior to joining Force Home Services, I spent 25 years in the oil and gas industry. I’m the guy who over sees the inventory and acquires the right equipment and supplies to make sure our guys in the field have the right materials and equipment they need to start fresh every day.

I like the people and atmosphere at Force Home Services. It’s a great environment for learning a new trade. High on my list are compassion, commitment, and dedication which are also high on the list with my co-workers.

When I’m not working, I love the outdoors. I like to travel and enjoy playing golf & tennis, hunting, fishing and hiking.

Roger
Field Support

I was born right and raised right here in Denton, TX. I’ve had a varied career. Most recently, I was a clerk at the Winstar Casino in Oklahoma.

I like working for Force Home Services where everybody knows one another and being off on the weekends.

The value that drives me is Do unto others as you would have done unto you.

When I’m not working, I enjoy a good book, weekend road trips and going to the movies.

With the shortage of young men and women entering the HVAC profession, Jorge plays a key role by providing a “hands-on”, earn as you learn apprentice program for Force Home Services.

Isaiah started his earn while you learn HVAC apprentice program through a referral from a friend of Force Home Services. His strong desire to learn and work ethic has made him a great addition to the Professional Installation Team and put him on a fantastic career path in the HVAC industry.

Paul
HVAC Technician

With over two decades in the HVAC industry, Paul’s experience is hard to beat. He’s NATE certified with 7 Presidential awards from Carrier.

Competing with himself day in and day out to make sure his customers are getting a WOW experience comes naturally to Paul. Prior to beginning his career in HVAC, Paul was #35 for the New York Mets and yes, he does have a trading card.

He coached both of his girls’ travel softball teams for 14 years and helped them achieve a #1 in the nation status.

Paul recently became an empty nester. He competes competitively in fall and spring softball, likes to golf, and spends time working out or vegging out playing video games. When the dinner bell rings, a bone in ribeye and lasagna are two of his favorite foods. He’s also been known to mow through some celery with peanut butter on the fly.

When he’s not in a Force Home Services truck, you’re likely to find him riding his motorcycle.

Li
HVAC Technician

Having been a diesel mechanic in the USMC, Li loves to work with his hands, diagnosing and solving problems. After serving Li teamed up with his family business. There came a point where it was time to pursue a new career. Choosing a field that he would like to do for life no matter how hard it will be.

You might say Li’s decision to begin his career in the HVAC industry was a need to know. Being a customer before starting his career he had a strong desire for the technicians that came to his home to educate him more on his equipment. In serving his customers, Li always puts the homeowner first. It’s important to him that he helps them understand their HVAC system and how important preventative maintenance is.

When Li’s not furthering his HVAC education or shopping for the latest and greatest tools of the trade, you might find him camping, at a shooting range or simply spending time with friends. One of his long-term fun things on his list is traveling the USA exploring the national parks.

Mark
HVAC Technician

After you meet Mark, at nearly 6’4 you’ll understand why we call him the gentle giant. Growing up he attended small schools and graduated top of his class, not only in height but academics as well.

Mark relocated from Northern California to the Greater Denton area to be closer to family and we’re glad he did.

With nearly three decades of experience, he has an extreme passion in making AC Systems function properly and helping customers and it shows! One of his many values is always doing the right thing. Customers love his honesty and attention to every detail when he is in their home.

In his younger days he liked to ski and ride dirt bikes. Now spending time with his grandchildren and playing family games is at the top of the list. Mark also kicks back with his favorite movies and TV shows and enjoys playing his radio-controlled trucks and cars.

James

Jax
Plumbing Professional

One of the things that Jax didn’t enjoy as an automotive technician at a dealership was little or no interaction with the vehicle owners, he was diagnosing or doing the repairs for. Not the case in his current position at Force Home Services.

When you look at the values that drive Jax you will find honor, respect and fulfilling his obligations. These are very prominent in the way he interacts with homeowners.

Jax’s customers are very endearing to him for respectfulness and the way he pays attention to every detail. He always takes the time to explain different options that will help them and provides them with tips to prevent future problems.

When he’s not in his truck, he likes to fish and hike. It might not look like it, but he enjoys cooking. His biggest challenge right now is how to properly prepare chicken and fish so that it’s not too dry.

Jason
Plumbing Professional

Jason is a highly motivated young man who has always been encouraged by his parents to strive for the best in everything he does. He firmly believes that life decisions are within his control, and he approaches each day with a determined attitude to make the most of it.

In Memory

Lisa
Guardian Angel and Honorable CSR

May, 1968 - December, 2019

Lisa was typically the first point of contact for our customers. Her warmth and compassion for our customers went far beyond a simple phone call. Our customers got her undivided attention and knew that the most important thing to her (and FHS) was solving their problem quickly and efficiently.

Lisa was an extremely compassionate lady with a passion of serving others and it showed. She understood that it was stressful enough to have a plumbing or HVAC problem and having a stranger in your home to repair it just added more stress. Lisa made sure that the customer knew who we are and who we are sending to their home, so they felt more comfortable.

Lisa was an important member of the Force Home Services family and helped grow our company to what we are today. She touched our lives and those of our customers everyday and she is always with us in spirit.

Zach
Honorable HVAC Installation Manager

RIP November, 2020

We are deeply saddened by the sudden death of our friend and colleague.

Zach was a wonderful young man, a great teammate, a leader and an inspiration to us all. Zach proudly served our country in the Army National Guard. We at FHS are blessed to have known Zach and our lives were enriched by his presence. Zach leaves a hole in each of our hearts.
