Some say it’s an odd combination, I grew up in Miami, Florida and love Italian Food.
With over 25 years of experience I know how important it is to be able to diagnose the homeowner’s problems and provide them with an honest solution to their problem. I’m there to help them and provide them with the best customer service experience they’ve ever had.
I love working at Force Home Services. It’s a “family-like” company. Everyone helps each other. It’s constant hands on learning. They let me put my experience to work.
I enjoy being with my family especially, my granddaughter. You’ll find me hanging out at soccer games and riding an ATV. I am always looking at ways of learning new things and like hearing about new ideas

Each person working is great however we get a different person every time. We have literally replaced all parts on our inside and outside units including the copper line, however each time we get hit with several hundred dollars because the Freon has emptied. This has happened every year for the last three years. I feel like if you sent the same person out they might take pride in what they are doing and check the entire system not just what they were sent to work on.

Not what I’ve come to expect from Force Home services. Work half done, no Jones valve installed as in past installs, dampers not calibrated, extra flex conduit left in attic, roof joist 2x6 cut down to a compromised 2x2 at best.

Although it was late in the day (and hot!), Jorge persevered and found the problemS stopping our AC. There were two problems, one was a software issue I caused by flipping the breaker switch improperly.The other was a wire broken outside probably by the weed eater.
