If you are not 100% pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of your installation, we will do whatever it takes to ensure your total satisfaction.

Right Size Guarantee

The homeowners we serve will not have to bear the responsibility of determining the correct equipment size, type, application and/or installation procedures. The products(s) installed by Force Home Services will perform as designed or be replaced at no charge with the appropriate components.

No Excuses Guarantee

We guarantee that your home comfort system or water heater will work properly. If for any reason they do not perform to manufacturer specifications, we will fix it or buy the system back.

Property Protection Guarantee

All property such as lawns, shrubbery, carpeting, floors, walls, furniture and door frames will be protected. In the event of damage to property, it will be replaced or repaired. Protective shoe covers and hall runners will be used in all work and traffic areas.

$500 No Frustration Guarantee

If your heating and cooling that we install breaks down or fails to heat and/or cool your home during the first year, leaving you without heating or cooling, we will repair it for FREE within 24 hours, including all parts and labor. We will also receive $100 per day that your system is not repaired for your inconvenience, up to $500 towards any new equipment or service that we offer. This ensures no frustrations and peace of mind.

30 Day Low Price Guarantee

We guarantee our low prices. If you find a lower price within 30 days of your installation, on an “apples to apples” system in writing, including system sizing, all warranties, guarantees, installation components, a properly completed Manual J Load Calculation, and a two-year unconditional buy-it-back guarantee within 30 days of your installation, we’ll match the price and refund you the difference.

Proposed Investment Guarantee

We guarantee that we will propose the proper HVAC and water heater replacement investment the first time. If we do not properly estimate the total replacement investment the first time, we will complete additional work at our own expense.
